When will I get my box?
The boxes are shipped USPS Priority during the first week of every month. Depending on where you live, you should receive your box 2-5 days later. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
What if I want a previous month’s box?
Boxes from previous months are not available at this time.
How often/when will I be billed?
If you order the monthly subscription, you will be billed when you first place your order, then again on the next same date of each month. If you order the 3-month subscription, you will be billed for your first 3 boxes when you place your order. You will have the option to begin as a monthly subscriber after the 3-month introductory pricing. The price for the monthly boxes will be the current price for the subscription. For instance, if you ordered the 3-month subscription on the 20th of January, you will be billed on January 20th, and receive boxes for 3 months. At the beginning of month 3, you will have the option to sign on as a monthly subscriber for the going rate for the boxes at that time and will be billed on the 15th of each month.
The 3-month option is only available at the beginning of your membership as an Introduction to The Mother Daughter Art Project.
What is a Subscription Upgrade?
The upgrade subscription includes two sets of supplies. Each set is meant for one pair (mom/daughter). Giving two sets of supplies allows one-on-one time for each pair.
What if I have more than 2 daughters?

How do I change my credit card information or my shipping address?
To update or change your credit card information, email us at email@example.com and we will send you a link to update the information on your account. Do not email us your credit card information!
How do I change my shipping address?
If your shipping address changes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your new address.
My Box arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Contact email@example.com and our customer care team will figure out a solution right away!
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we’re happy to help you get your subscription canceled. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your subscription.
Please note, that even after you cancel your account, you will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for.
For monthly subscription orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the 10th day of the month by emailing us at email@example.com. We do not currently offer a skipping option for monthly subscription orders.
